Shoes are the only thing between you and the ground you choose to run on. Make sure you are getting the right shoes for you and your form. Most running stores will watch you run and make a recommendation based on what they think they see. Odds are they are also only looking at the lower third of your body and not your hips, torso and head. We look at your whole body and encourage you to make corrections in your movement. Running well takes practice and the correct shoe is just a small step in the right direction. Don’t be fooled into thinking that a shoe can fix your running problems…only you can make those changes.
